At Walkin' Pets, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
